IV - Carving a Casaba Melon

2. Fill space between leaves with designs.
1. Carve outlines of leaves of different sizes and shapes.
3. Carve these as up-side-down petals.
4. Cut through the flesh along leaves lines.
5. Lift off the top. Clean out seeds. Use a melon baller to make few melon balls.  Refrigerate and put them back in the Casaba before serving.
